I hope someone can help

I have had a problem for months where I am unable to produce any 3D Raytracing models.

I am unsure when this stopped working, essentially when I am in the 3D Model space, in the Storey Tab, I set the view I am happy with, you can see from the screenshot below, you can see the luminaires and CAD drawing in the background (Pre lighting calculation)

The lighting calculation has taken place, all good (before someone says Ive not calculated the project)

Below is the result after raytracing, with and without Expanded Dynamic Range:

I have gone through all the different settings, uninstalled, and reinstalled..

I do have multiple monitors and 2x Graphics Card but has never been an issue before:

Any recommendations or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.
