When I upload the .IFC file, DIALux shows a blank screen, and the IFC DIALux section displays “No IFC been selected.”

I have a project that requires DIALux Pro because I need to use an .IFC file. However, I cannot find the 'Trial' button, even though DIALux states that a 30-day free trial is available.

Due to the currency exchange rate from Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) to Euro (EUR), the price is too expensive for me, and I cannot afford to purchase it. Therefore, I would like to use the 30-day free trial of DIALux Pro, but I cannot find the option.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

I noticed that Dialux doesn't use the main GPU (RTX 3060) when i use raytrace but the onboard one from the CPU, even i change the settings from the windows and the nvidia driver in order to use the Rtx 3060 as shows in the Screenshot i have attached for you.

And i am wondering if the dialux doesn't use GPU for raytrace and since i want to buy a new custom pc for dialux usage, if i need a expensive gpu for it.

ich habe das Problem, dass ich keine einzelne Leuchte mehr anwählen kann bei einer Feld- oder Linienanordnung. In vorherigen Versionen ging das noch über den Doppelklick auf die entsprechende Leuchte. Falls da jemand was zu weiß, freue ich mich über eine Antwort.

Hello, here is some information about a recent major project. There are images of the renderings and others of the final result, as well as an article written about the project.

All the planning was done using DIALux Evo. To do this, it was necessary to create a 3D model using DIALux’s own tools—which, by the way, are limited and outdated.

But why was this modeling work necessary? When working with non-technical clients, basic calculations aren’t enough to give them an idea of the return they’ll get on their investment. It would be a major step forward if the DIALux development team would update and expand these tools and take them a step further—both in shape modeling and in texture application.

I have a project that was working normally until my PC unexpectedly switch off.

Since then, the project no longer opens. I always receive the error:

'Error during loading of the file C:\Users\intern\Desktop\Lighting design.evo'

I have already tried:

• copying the project from OneDrive to a local drive,

• deleting the DIALuxProjectTemp folder,

• opening both the original .evo file and the .evo.bak backup.

Other DIALux projects open without any problems.

I have attached both the .evo and .evo.bak files.

The project contains an imported AutoCAD file. I only added lighitng fixtures. The project had been working normally for several days before the unexpected shutdown.

Could you please check if the project can be recovered?
