#3 DIAL Spotlight: DIALux evo 14 & Revit: Lighting design in the BIM workflow

Anyone who works with Autodesk Revit is familiar with the problem: the building model is there, but as soon as it comes to lighting design, the workflow often becomes unnecessarily complicated. Rooms have to be transferred cleanly, luminaire positions are lost, data is inconsistent or has to be maintained twice.

The new DIALux Bridge for Autodesk Revit makes the BIM workflow much easier. The Revit model can be transferred to DIALux via IFC and, after lighting design, transferred back to Revit – including luminaire positions and relevant design data.

In our next DIAL Spotlight on February 18th at 12:30 p.m. (CET), DIALux Product Owner Marc Allefeld and our host Klaus Bieckmann will present the whole process in a relaxed dialogue and take a look at how it works in practice.
