Would it be possible to create an escape route based on a curvage / angle etc. of a surface?

This would be VERY useful when dealing with spiral stairs etc., as currently it would not be possible to bend / adapt escape route to align with the angle / rotation and slope of the spiral stair.....

This might be also very useful when dealing with regular stairs!

I would see it work in similar manner to "show results on surface" tool but instead of calculation surface we would create an escape route.

Hope this is something relatively easy to implement.
