In DIALux 4 we could set the number of luminaires and the spacing. So for example you have a room where you have plasterboard perimeter and 600x600mm ceiling tiles in the centre. You you want to put 2 by 2 pieces of 600x600 luminaires in the center, using 3m spacing. In Dialux 4 you could do this easily:
