First off...13.0 works great on my system but 13.1 crashes on startup. From some digging, it appears that moving to the HASP .Net security runtime dll (from hasp_rt in 13.0) has made 13.1 incompatible at the moment with my Mac M4 setup, unless I have other configuration issues. I tried uninstalling the older Windows .Net runtime but no luck.
I haven't been able to find much in the various forums. My Parallels is up to date but this could be just outdated ARM emulation that hopefully will be fixed soon.
