3ds project calculation problem.

Calculation error on imported 3ds objects, including walls

Hello everyone,

I have a serious problem with version 13.0 evo. When I import 3ds into project before the calculation the models have a correct shading, after the calculation a mess happens. Can you tell me the reason? It seems like an error due to triangularization, but I don't know how to solve the problem. I tried to generate the 3ds from Blender, Studio Max and Sketchup, with no result. Am I forced to rebuild everything from scratch within the software? I don't think it's normal. Before writing this post I searched a lot here and on youtube and in general on google without finding an answer.
