Calculation method in Road Lighting

Hello,

Is there a way to prove a local government office that DIALux Evo 11 comply with the calculation method of CIE 140 for road lighting? They claim that we must use DIALux 4.13 to present the project to be approved for public lighting because the newer versions "aren't based in the CIE 140 methodology" as mandatory in local regulations.

Assume they said that because they read the "New calculation method" paper (DIALux_evo-_New_calculation_method.pdf), but as I understand this is for building and exterior lighting plan and not for the "road lighting" tab that doesn't even requires simulation time.

Know that your declaration of conformity (Declaration of conformity in accordance with ISO/IEC 17050-1 : Knowledge Base DIALux evo) mentions the CIE 140, but I'm not sure how can I assure them that the software is using that methodology in the calculations. Maybe a simple respond confirming that by the DIALux team will be enough for them.

Thank you so much beforehand.
