I cannot import the luminaire file and the message from the Dialux indicate the it is not from the manufacturer but I got the luminaire from the Dialux Luminaire finder. Also, another message indicate that the communication framework service has not been started. I got into the more information button and it says that the DIAL communication service start type should be manual. But as I go through my drive, I cannot see the settings of start type so I cannot change it. I am not sure what error is not letting me through importing a luminaire file.
