Hi, when starting DUALux version 5.12.0.5683 we get the message DIALux Communication Framework-service not started

When I look in the services the service is not there. Is it necessary to this is started to import armatures? > how to resolve this problem?
By the way: we can import import *.ldt armatures but we cannot import *.uld files.
