I've recently started using DIALux in my role and it is frequently crashing. There doesn't appear to be a pattern as to what causes the crashes. If I monitor the laptop performance while using the software it is accessing the hardware (CPU usage drastically increases when running calculations etc). I am not able to progress with any work at the moment given how frequently the software is crashing.

Any advice on how to resolve this? DIALux evo 12 is installed, and the laptop is HP ZBook Firefly 15 G7 with intel core i7, based speed 2.3GHz and up to 4.2GHz when running a calc. Laptop has 32GB RAM so that shouldn't be an issue either.

I will add: I have been using DIALux briefly on my personal laptop at home which is a Gaming spec Lenovo and have not been able to crash the software yet.

Any assistance if people have had similar issues would be greatly appreciated.
