Just update Dialux Evo 12.0 version and shown in below of that Error message. Anyone got any idea, pls to share... Thanks in advance, Emily.
Dear Emily,
We recommend that you completely uninstall the evo software from your computer system again.
After uninstalling, please manually delete all files in "C:\Programme\DIAL GmbH\DIALux\" that remain after uninstallation.
Please do not delete the "PlugIns folder".
Then restart your computer. Afterwards reinstall our evo software on your computer.
DIALux evo 12.0 patch 3 setup:
If the problem still occurs, we would like to ask you to send us all DIALux log files.
To do this, please open the "Service Tool" in the DIAL GmbH folder and write us an email from this "Service Tool" with the instance ID (see screenshots 1 & 2 in the attachment).
After you have clicked on the "Support" button in our service tool, both your mail programme and a folder with numerous log files will open (see screenshot 3 in the attachment). Please also include these log files in the mail and then send us this mail.
