I have a problem with my dialux evo 12. When I click a few times (sometimes 1 minute, sometimes a few minutes) the program crashes and I can't do anything. I have to close and open several times. I can't make a street scene. I am working on Windows 10 in Lenovo Thinpad P53. I tried turning off the firewall and antivirus, but it didn't help. The problem started from 2 months ago. Before it worked fine.

The same problem is on the outdoor scene.

This problem was in Dialux evo 11.1 and I was hoping that the update would help, but it did not.

Please help me
