Hi! I am wondering about some errors I get from raytraced images. If you look at this image, the first (closer to camera) 2 blocks with led strip are almost correct, but the others have distortions in vertical lines.
These are simple extruded forms from Dialux (not imported objects), but there are combinations of materials: it is a sort of light box with an internal shape textured with painted material, surrounded by a box of transparent material (with 0% reflection and 40% transmission, 2.0 refraction) to mimic a sort of diffuser.
The raytraced image is at 1920x1080 in this case, but the issue persist at bigger resolutions.
There are also some distortions in the internal frame of the windows (in the second image, with daylight).
Are these issues due to the graphic card? (I'm on a mac bootcamp partition, intel graphics) Or is there a way (or a workaround) to solve this?
