Hi, trying to install DiaLux but getting error after double click to installation file. The error is "Unable to open archive file"

I've downloaded the installation file 2 times but both same. My PC is works with Win10 and not bad hardware. AMD processor and Nvidia GTX graphic card with 16gb ram.

Any idea or solution? Thx very much.
