Sometimes, when I create a window or modify a wall, it creates errors, like walls or ceilings in addition, and I can’t erase them.

Is it a problem that can be solved? And if so, does it come from the software or my design?

On the image below, you can see that when I put a window, there is a ceiling that appears all along the room, and once I remove the window, the hole remains.
