IFC model not recognized as building? Windows can't be copied or added

Windows of IFC model are missing. These are not to be copy/pasted

Dear Dialux,

Upon import of the IFC model of a high rise building, the exterior windows on several floors are missing. It is not possible to copy/paste these from other floors nor can I place a standard Dialux window in the openings where the windows are supposed to be. I get the impression that the model is not recognized as a building.

Looking forward to hear your thoughts.
