Hello, My name is Giovanna, and I am writing on behalf of COM.LED, a lighting design office based in Barcelona. I have tried contacting the support teams in Germany and Italy but haven’t received any response. We are experiencing significant issues with Dialux and would appreciate your assistance. The software is taking an excessively long time to perform lighting calculations, some files are slow to open, and others fail to work properly. We’ve noticed that with each new update, the program seems to run even slower. Initially, we suspected the issue might be related to our hardware, but after consulting our IT technician, we were assured that our systems meet high technical standards.
