material definition on complex models

When creating a complex 3D models, for example combined extrusion bodies and/or models created with "substraction" functions, the texture definition switches within the model.


I created this table within Dialux Evo using merge and substraction functions.
After applying the texture/colors it looked like this.


After saving the project and reopening, the model looks like this.

As shown, the white surface definition switched to the small side surface.
I face this lately with every model I created this way.
