Hello,

currently I'm applicating for a PC upgrade at my work and I've been told that our IT support needs some hardware requirements for DIALux so they can have some idea what's needed.

I know that my current PC is capable on handling calculations and slight design but surprisingly it's still not enough to handle very large and complex projects or visualisations with models, for example architecture or townsquare lighting, buildings with multiple floors and a moderate amount of rooms and etc. Average size of projects is normaly over half a GB.

Could I get some suggestions on what hardware should I have to get atleast twice the amount of computing power than I currently have? Honestly I don't need an overly expensive powerhouse of a PC but any ideas would be very welcomed. Thanks!

Sincerely

Michal
