Hello, I try to import some pole lights from Thorn (Nella) for a promenade lighting project but they are coming without the pole, the lights are in the air !!!!

They are coming normally only when I chose a street lighting project...

How I can solve this problem ?

I tried with different type of brands and luminaire but the result is the same
