Problem to install doors

I have a problem installing the doors, the drawing is grayed out and I can no longer install them, how can I resolve this problem? Can you help me ?

Hi Jules,

According to your screenshot, I can see that you have opened the site view. If you want to insert apertures, you have to switch to the storey or room view - see screenshot below.
