How to setup the weather conditions? Because I want to intended for the energy evaluation. Such as: 5 hours daylight in each day.

Moreover, if the project has 90 pcs of LED tubes, but the project can't insert more than one sensor measuring point, how to control the LED tubes to calculate or perform energy evaluation?
