Unrealistic Calculation Results

Hi everyone.

I'm encountering an issue with the calculation results in Dialux. The false color visualization is displaying values that seem incorrect and unrealistic, the same for the values of the calculation surfaces. Specifically, I'm seeing extremely low lux levels directly beneath a 1500lm downlight, which shouldn't be the case. Also the distribution seems odd considering the luminaires have symmetric beam angle.

We've experienced this issue across different projects and on different laptops, the one explained is just an example. I've checked the luminaire settings, luminaire position, room materials, and calculation surfaces, but the results still seem odd. We didn't encounter this problem with previous Dialux versions (I'm using now Dialux Evo v13).

What could be causing these discrepancies?

Thanks in advance!
