I am writing to request urgent assistance with an error I have encountered while using DIALux evo 13.1 (version 5.13.1.0). This is a time-sensitive matter as I have a project due for delivery today, and I am currently unable to proceed with my work.

When trying to load my project file, I receive the following error message:

Unhandled Exception: Could not load file or assembly 'Dialux.ProjectData.Factory, Version=5.13.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'. The specified file cannot be found. System.IO.FileNotFoundException

My system specifications are:

• Dell Precision 5820 Tower

• Intel Xeon W-2223 (8 CPUs @ 3.6GHz)

• 32GB RAM

• Windows 11 Pro (64-bit, build 26100)

• DirectX 12

I have verified that my system meets all the minimum requirements for DIALux evo 13.1. I have also tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:

• Restarting the computer

• Reinstalling DIALux

• Running the program as administrator

Due to the urgent deadline I'm facing today, I would greatly appreciate any immediate assistance you can provide. If there's a quicker way to resolve this issue or a workaround that would allow me to access my project files, that would be extremely helpful.
