Version 12.1.0 Dialux Evo crashed upon openning at Loading project data

I have been using Dialux Evo version 11 for a many months and it's working fine and stable but recently the application force to update to the lasted version where I started to the get this error.

The method I already tried :

  1. Install the new operating systems both window 10 and 11 and update all drivers also GPU drivers

  2. Running window system troubleshoot for an error

  3. Running Command DISM /online /cleanup-image /Scan-check-restorehealth and sfc /scannow
