I have just upgraded from version 8 to version 12. Whilst using the software it freezes with "not responding", soon after when opening an existing file (.evo or importing .dlx) or starting a new file (i.e. whilst entering geometry). My computer satisfies the minimum requirements for the software version. What should I do?
