I recently purchased the Pro version of Dialux to enable IFC import capabilities. However, I’ve encountered some issues while trying to import my IFC file, which contains only walls, floors, ceilings, doors, and windows.

On one computer, after selecting the IFC, it displays the checklist of elements but then closes the program without importing the model. I initially thought this might be due to the computer's configuration, so I attempted to import the same IFC on my more powerful computer with 128 GB of RAM. However, this time, when I select the IFC file, the element checklist doesn’t appear. When I click "Next," the project remains empty, even though it indicates that the IFC has been imported.

I don’t believe there’s an issue with the IFC file itself, as it displays correctly in various IFC viewers. Moreover, the first computer at least showed the element checklist before closing the Dialux software.

Could you please advise on what might be causing these issues and how to resolve them? I purchased the Pro version specifically to import IFC files, and I haven’t had any success so far.
