Why is DIALux Evo recognizing spaces drawn inside the building as exterior?

As I am primarily working with multi-storey spaces of complex geometries such as theatre auditoriums, I am often having problems with Spaces tool, which is, however, clearly very useful for standard buldings with one-storey rectangular spaces.

We have been trying to establish a good DIALux Evo - Revit Import/Export workflow, so I can integrate my work with the work of my colleagues more easily, but we are having problems with CSV Export from DIALux - if the spaces/rooms are not defined as in Revit, imported CSV file will not place them where they should be.

We have tried to solve this problem by creating spaces in DIALux Evo and naming them the same way as in Revit, but I have encountered several problems when trying to create spaces:

1) I have sucessfully created auditorium space for seating area, but wanted to create the separate space for technical areas, for instance technical galleries and lighting bridge, which goes across the auditorium space, above the seating area and should be calculated separately. I have created a space for lighting bridge with appropriate geometry and height (marked with A), but DIALux has automatically moved it to "Outdoor spaces" tab (marked with B) and therefore automatically gave me illumination standards for outdoor spaces. I have created this space in the storey where (obviously due to very complex geometry of theatre auditorium) it could not have been created and it was therefore moved to "Site" and to "Outdoor spaces" tab... T

Is there a way to override this and move this Lighting bridge (Z-Brücke) space back to indoor spaces in the particular storey, where it belongs?

2) I have also created a separate space within theatre auditorium space for a seating area under balcony (marked with C). The problem is that DIALux Evo would not let me move this space up, so it can allign with this part of seating area. It would not let me change its position coordinates manually either. Is there a way to help this?
