When i add windows with daylighting system... the cutouts remain even after removing the windows... moreover the adjacent room ceiling are visible with walls completely cut off even after limiting the cutting depth...

Open up your DIALux evo, then right click on your recent opened project and use the force geometry option:
Everything will get back to normal.
Alternatively you can edit building external wall by dragging out one of the points and then dragging it back in to the original position - this will reset the geometry
