Hello DIAL,

When using Ver12.1, "clearance height" is not written on the summary page of an outdoor space, which makes a sense since usually there is no ceiling at outdoor areas.

But with Ver13.0, I found that "clearance height" is written as "0.010m" on the summry. I have no idea where the number comes from.

Could you please check if this is a bug with Ver13.0?
Or, is this an intentinal change on the new version?
