I have been tasked to create a lighting study with calculations. This is an offshore oil and gas platform. Other specifications include specific lights (Luminaire Parts List No. Pieces Designation 1 4 Appleton CLED 5000LM, CLEAR GLASS, 5000K, 120-277VAC 2 13 Appleton LELED3CXXXXD Appleton Linmaster LED luminaire, Zone 1, 700mm, 3000 lm, 5000K, Diffused Polycarbonate , Standard version 3 32 Appleton LELED5CXXXXD Appleton Linmaster LED luminaire, Zone 1, 1300mm, 5000 lm, 5000K, Diffused Polycarbonate , Standard version) The layout DWG plan is provided and i do not know how to get started. The only thing i have done is to load the file, from there i do not know how to proceed, Please help.

Let me share the scope of the study

( The study includes estimation of the illumination level as lux on the environment, primarily on the ocean surface and its visibility on a long range. The illumination level is produced as isolux contours which is an output from the lighting calculation model DIALux version 4.13. The typical model input includes the following:

·         Lux Intensity levels at 0-meter above the sea level at a horizontal plane, is used as a basis for lighting system. 

·         Luminaire list with layout plan of the platform.

·         Lighting lux levels as provided in the lighting specifications

The output of the model will then be assessing the impact on the environmental receptors both common and sensitive)
